From my sketchbook to your sleeve:
This roll of gimbap isn’t just food. It’s a timestamp. A location pin dropped in the middle of Seoul in 2006, when the air was thick enough to taste and the future felt both too close and nowhere in sight. I had just walked away from a path that didn’t fit, even though I’d done everything “right”. Degrees finished. Grades earned. Boxes checked. And yet, something in me refused to bend into a life lived for work rather than through it.

Gimbap was my companion during those months of undoing and remaking. Balanced, simple, portable. A reminder that nourishment can be humble, inexpensive, perfectly enough.

This tee is for the ones who’ve stood in a foreign street with no map except their own pulse. For the ones who needed to leave to hear themselves. For the ones still figuring out the difference between quitting and choosing. Spoiler: they’re often the same thing.
