4. Third Parties We Work With

Running an online shop requires working with a small number of trusted third-party services. We share your information only with:

Our print-on-demand and fulfilment partners, Printful, Nova Tomato, Gelato, and Prodigi — receive your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order. See these partners’ privacy policies directly for more information. Please note: Stationary suites for special occasions may be provided by a different partner upon a client’s request.
Wix.com (our website and payment platform) — hosts the site and processes payments. Wix's privacy policy is available at wix.com/about/privacy.
Email marketing platform (Wix Ascend or equivalent) — stores your email address and name if you have opted in to our mailing list.
Shipping carriers (Canada Post, DHL, USPS, etc.) — receive your address and order details to deliver your package.

All third-party partners are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations (typically 7 years for financial records, as required by the Canada Revenue Agency). Email subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe.

Request deletion of your information (subject to our legal obligations)
