Terms & Conditions

By using evilbcreative.ca and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Evil B Creative

Evil B Creative is an artist-owned small business based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. It is founded and operated by Daniella Girgenti, who creates every design by hand. All products are produced on demand through trusted third-party print-on-demand partners, Jondo and Duplium, and fulfilled in Canada and the U.S. Stationery suites for special occasions may be provided by a different partner upon a client’s request.

2. Orders & Production

Everything in the Evil B Creative shop is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for someone to want it. This means:

Orders are sent to a print partner within one business day of purchase.
Production takes 3–7 business days, depending on the product type.
Shipping time is additional and varies by destination (see Shipping below).
We generally are not able to accept order cancellations once production has begun, but always strive to do our best to meet customer requests.

If you have an urgent order, contact us before purchasing at hello@evilbcreative.ca and we will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Most standard orders arrive within 5–15 business days domestically and 10–30 business days internationally.
Specialty items (such as apparel with all-over print) may take up to 21 business days.
Tracking information is provided for all orders once your item has shipped.
Evil B Creative is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments at checkout. Evil B Creative does not store your payment information.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of your order will always be honoured.

5. Intellectual Property

Every design in the Evil B Creative shop is an original work created by Daniella Girgenti. All artwork, illustrations, and designs are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Evil B Creative.

You may not reproduce, distribute, alter, or use any Evil B Creative artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to use and display that product.
If you are interested in a licensing arrangement, please contact hello@evilbcreative.ca.

6. Custom & Commission Work

We accept custom commissions on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in a custom piece, please reach out at hello@evilbcreative.ca before placing any order.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom work.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
Custom and original artworks are non-returnable except in cases of damage during transit.
Evil B Creative reserves the right to decline any commission request.

7. Limitation of Liability

Evil B Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at evilbcreative.ca. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
