Return & Refund Policy

Short version: if something isn't right, we make it right. Here's how.

Our Commitment

You should love what you ordered as much as we loved creating it. If you don't — or if something went wrong along the way — reach out. We will always find a solution.

1. Made to Order — What This Means for Returns

Because every Evil B Creative product is made specifically for you when you order it, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size (please check size guides carefully before purchasing)

  • Colour variations that are within normal printing tolerances

 

This is standard for print-on-demand products and helps us avoid waste and overproduction. We appreciate your understanding.

2. When We Will Always Make It Right

We will offer a full replacement or refund for:

  • Products that arrive damaged

  • Products with a manufacturing defect (misprinted, misaligned, or significantly different from what was shown)

  • Orders that are lost in transit

 

In these cases, please contact us at hello@evilbcreative.ca within 14 days of receiving your order (or within 14 days of the expected delivery date for lost orders). Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (for damaged or defective items)

  • A brief description of the problem

 

We will respond within 3 business days and sort it out.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Replacements are processed as new orders and are subject to standard production and shipping timelines.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Original Artworks & Commissions

Original paintings and commissioned works are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged in transit. Damage claims for originals must be made within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. Please photograph your parcel before opening it if it appears damaged upon arrival.

The 50% commission deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
