Reach out within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@evilbcreative.ca. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags or packaging. Beyond that, we’ll take care of the rest.

All products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful, our trusted production partner. This helps reduce waste and ensures quality with every print. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days after production. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
