James Street North on a good day: heritage storefronts in warm brick and painted trim, a leafy tree, the old-fashioned lamppost with its street banner, and a planter spilling over with flowers. The black linework is loose and looping, with soft colour behind it in marigold, blush, sky blue and leaf green. It's for anyone who's spent a Friday night at Art Crawl or a September weekend at Supercrawl, or who just loves this corner of Hamilton. It also makes a sweet gift for someone who's moved away and misses it. Perfectly imperfect, entirely hand-drawn. Original illustration by Daniella Girgenti. Drawn in Hamilton, of course. Paper
